The University of Miami Miller School, Department of Ophthalmology has
an immediate opening for a Research Associate 1, SOM. The objective
of this position is to efficiently perform laboratory investigations
utilizing methods of classical in vitro and in vivo immunological tools
with the goal of understanding the mechanisms underlying aspects of
immune mechanism involved in the inflammatory responses of the ocular
surface and cornea.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in appropriate area. No experience
necessary. Should be logically-driven, well organized and boast the
potential to continue learning. Ability to work independently. Must have
good English skills verbal and written. Any appropriate combination of
relevant education, experience and/or certifications will be
considered.
